Through
his consulting company, SBI Consulting, Björn is the practical person for LCS
ProMotion. He is an architect and a building engineer who has been working with
development and implementation of sanitation programmes principally in Africa for the last
20 years as a programme manager and consultant.
Any sanitation matter falls on his desk.
He deals with sanitation technology, programme management, community participation, and
policy development--almost anything except bookkeeping. Björn offers his consulting
services through SBI Consulting.
Björn lives with his family in Swaziland, which is a tiny little
country in Southern Africa. Today he has only one son and one daughter living with
him in Swaziland, but he has another three sons and four grandchildren in Sweden, which is
his home country.
Personally, Björn finds much of God's wisdom coming through
ordinary people and also from Christian and non Christian books on management, psychology
and philosophy. Much of his free time is spent on his computer designing and writing.

Elisabet is the sales manager and the person you normally would contact in LCS ProMotion
for orders or deliveries. She is a chartered accountant and the financial controller
responsible for administrative matters of LCS.
She is also a mother of two girls, Johanna and Rebecka, and married to Anders who is a music and English teacher. She loves her big dogs which she carries around
to dog shows all over the country when business allow. As all other members in the
team she is a devoted Christian and loves singing in the church.

Paula is not only the language wizard of the company, but she also is a language and
history teacher. She goes through all texts making sure that they are clear and easy to
understand. When required, she also makes translations to and from English, Portuguese, or
French. She is married to Bjorn, and she is the mother of three children. Her free
time is spent on church works and Bible studies with women.
